Vision to guide development in Rushmoor released
Rushmoor
Borough Council has published details about how it will involve
the community to help shape the long-term future development
of Rushmoor.
The
'Statement of Community Involvement' is part of the Rushmoor Plan,
which sets out a clear vision to guide development in the Borough
to 2016.
The
document has been developed following consultation with residents.
It will help Rushmoor Council to consult with the community as
it develops policies for areas such as housing and employment and
make sure that local people are involved at each stage. This document
has now been approved by the Planning Inspectorate.
Copies
of the statement are available (during normal working hours) at
the Council Offices, Aldershot and Farnborough libraries as well
as the Visitor Information Centre in High Street, Aldershot.

document and further information about the Rushmoor Plan is also
