Trade in Village is good
With reference to the newspaper article in the March 21 issue of the Mail, ‘Trader warns shops are under theat’, I have to say that as a manager of the Parity for Disability charity shop in North Camp Village this has not been our experience.
Since opening the shop in October 2005, what we’ve experienced is a very supportive community, with great customer loyalty, and we’re hopeful in the years to come that this will continue to grow.
We found the negative comments in the article went against what we can see happening in North Camp village.
Two months running a business is too early to pass comment, and we are sure that Ramiz Banham will find over time that North Camp village really is, as he put it, a ‘lovely village marketplace’.
