Shop front improvement grants for businesses in North Camp

Rushmoor Borough Council is committed to regenerating North Camp and making it more attractive so that we can draw in even more shops, businesses and customers.

To do this we are offering grants of up to £1000 to fund improvements to the frontages of shops and businesses in North Camp for everybodys benefit.

The grant scheme is discretionary and will be a vailable for a limited time to promote and encourage the repair and maintenance of North Camp's commercial area.

Is your property eligible?

All commercial properties in North Camp are eligible. To be considered, the property would need to make a visual contribution to the street scene.

We will give priority application to those that are traditional and will consider applications in the following

Area 1
Camp Road, Lynchford Road, Queen's Road (Camp Road to Alexandra Road) Alexandra Road

Area 2
The rest of North Camp

What work is eligible?

We will give priority to the repair and maintenance of existing traditional features, although replacement in a traditional style may be appropriate.

Discount offered by Boundstone Engraving

Boundstone Engraving Ltd, on Lynchford Road has been trading from this site for over 35 years and has a wealth of experience when it comes to engraving and signage.

Over the last few years they have updated a large amount of machinery and equipment and to complete the transformation they also improved the frontage to the premises by rebuilding the entire frontage and replacing all signage.

When Boundstone Engraving received the letter from the council about improvement grants, they got straight onto the council to find out how they could help out.

Peter Dawson, Managing Director says

"We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to update our premises a couple of years ago. It is fantastic that people are being offered the chance to do the same and we would really like to help out in any way we can."

Boundstone Engraving is please to be able to offer a 15% discount to all business eligible for the grants and will be pleased to offer no obligation quotations to assist with any applications.
